A contract with us guarantees coverage for all cases. Our only fees are for Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring; we do not charge for delayed, cancelled, or emergency cases.

Our goal is to meet the needs of the hospital and its physicians and patients in the safest and most cost effective manner possible. Our telephone number is 800-393-6118. Every division and employee within The NeuroMatrix® Group can be reached at this number, and our receptionists do more than route calls. They proactively connect callers to the most appropriate department to answer each question satisfactorily.
We understand that customer service questions can arise at any time and we do our best to assist when we are needed, whatever the hour. Our corporate office is staffed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, and clinical service calls are taken 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Clinicians with CNIM and DABNM Designations: Currently we have openings for board certified clinicians experienced in IONM monitoring of spinal, cranial and maxilo-facial cases utilizing multi-modalities in several US regions.
