A chance conversation at an international meeting provided a glimpse into the huge need for IONM services in medially undeserved regions of Central and South America
Founder and CEO, Robbie Allen, personally accessed the needs and immediately began a training program, donated and delivered equipment, and offered expense paid clinical rotations to NeuroMatrix® staff members. NeuroMatrix® Global™ expanded with a medical humanitarian branch.
Our humanitarian endeavors return much more than their cost in the unique educational opportunities they provide our clinical staff who volunteer their time. Beyond experiencing the pathology and complexities rarely seen in the western world, our staff members report increased self reliance, intuitive thinking and problem solving skills after working with the generous and appreciative people with so few resources.
We receive no payment for our charitable operations. The gratitude of our patients is more than payment in full.
