How it Works
Our monitoring systems connect to our home office servers via a secure web interface. All that is required from the hospital is an internet connection (wireless or hard wired) and no connection with the hospital internal network is required.
We use a semi-proprietary software link that is certified HIPAA compliant and uses very little of the hospital’s network resources. A back up connection system via high-speed cell service is maintained on all systems in the event of an internet service failure at the hospital.
Connectivity reports and up time percentages are audited and available for each customer at any time. All data is transmitted via a secure "tunnel" with dual source authentication on both ends, and information is securely stored both locally in the OR and remotely at the central server to insure data integrity.
