Atlanta Institute of Clinical Neuroscience (AICN) is a federal 501[c][3] Not-for-profit corporation that provides
graduate-level education and training in Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring (IONM) as well as continuing
education and development for professionals in the field. As the world's only academic institution solely dedicated to
Clinical Neurophysiology, AICN is creating new standards for careers in IONM.
AICN is committed to working with IONM professionals, surgeons, and anesthesiologists to provide patients in surgery
the most effective protection against accidental damage to critical sensory and motor nerves. In consultation with clinical
and academic professionals, AICN has created graduate-level educational curriculum that
places its graduates in the forefront of the rapidly changing field of IONM.
The Atlanta Institute of Clinical Neuroscience (AICN) was incorporated in 2000 in Georgia
and is authorized under the Nonpublic Postsecondary Educational Institutions Act of 1990
to award a professional masters degree.
