Case Scheduling

Unlike many companies, we do not rely on faxes for scheduling or communicating case changes. Our scheduling office is staffed with our own full-time personnel from 6 AM until 6 PM, Monday through Friday and our partners have full and direct online access to our schedule data for hospitals. We facilitate sharing of relevant information with hospitals utilizing HIPAA compliant security protocols that meet or exceed requirements.

Southern Neuro® provides the highest level of accurate Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring. Our goal is to meet the needs of each hospital and its physicians and patients in the safest and most cost effective manner possible.

Koren Mitchell heads our scheduling department and ensures that staff is available to cover each case scheduled with our office. Full 24/7 call coverage throughtout our service areas means that we always have a clinician on call to assist you. For the smoothest coverage, please schedule monitoring as soon as cases are scheduled with the hospital.
